Cache opam dependencies in CI #15
Description
It's just a bit of a bore to recompile every time (costs a few minutes which could be better used).
Not done yet because of how tricky caching can be in Circle. It does need thoughts. (I'd rather just be using nix+cachix, to be honest, but I don't really have the time and courage to figure out how to package the missing packages in nix).
