Doesn`t work locations event

Hi! 
I have added couple loacations coordinars as
`createTemplate("coupon",{
	.....
	locations: [
        {
           "longitude": 49.841547,
             "latitude": 24.025762
        },
         {
             "longitude" : 49.8696262,
             "latitude" : 24.0110897
          }

})`

But when my phone in this locations - nothing heapenns
