several main cavities with slightly different frequencies

Hi all,

We are sometimes simulating lattices were there are several main cavities with slightly different frequencies. In such case the atmaincavities.m just takes the one with the smallest frequency:

at/atmat/lattice/atmaincavities.m

For us it would be better to use 'HarmNumber' field instead of 'Frequency' to select the cavities, would you agree @swhite2401 @lfarv ?

@lfarv in pyAT we have the cavpts property of the lattice that allows to set which are the main cavities, from what I see here it was not implemented in matlab, is that correct?
