Add License information column to the Paid table

In the old admin panel we displayed the license information in the table to quickly check usage information. Add this to the new panel ensuring the following:

1. Licensed users - pull this information from the License detail stats for an app instance. It should show the total number of total licensed users.
2. Display the license user type: Yearly, FTE, Monthly.
3. Add sorting on the column by high/low usage
