[Question] Is this or something like this available as a Slack app?

Would love to be able to just add it to my slack customizations. I know there is the Github official slack app, but I don't believe it can listen for stuff like #1234 and then comment with the issue or PR details. Thanks!

@edelgado Hey good question. I believe when I first made this, it wasn't very clear to me how to publish an application to Slack but it looks like there is some new documentation about how to distribute your application.

I'll try to investigate if that's possible :) there are a couple of things that I ask people to hardcode into the files but with the Slack API I might be able to make them customizable via a form or something.

In the mean time though, if you're interested in using this, I'll try to write some instructions on how to set this up on a Rapsberry Pi as that's what I've been doing for a lot of my Slack apps i.e. slack-soundcloud-pulse. You can also just have it running on your laptop but understandably very few people want to have to do that.

Also last thing in regards to PRs, I have an issue for that feature #1 but will probably consider implementing it sometime when I have the chance but the big issue is how to differentiate between issues and PRs when someone messages in Slack.
