[BUG] File Browser Dark Mode Styling is Unreadable

Describe the bug
The 'File browser' box has a white background with white text when dark mode is enabled on Firefox, Chrome, and Microsoft Edge (see first screenshot) and when toggled while NOT already on the file browser page. I have not tested other browsers.

If you are in the file browser menu and you disable dark mode, the background changes to black and the text remains white. This happens only if dark mode is disabled when in the file browser menu (see second screenshot below). If you change menus/tabs, the styling updates to the normal white background with black text.

When in the file browser menu, enabling dark mode does not change the file browser box's styling at all until switching tabs (switching between "My Files", "Favorites", or "File Transfer" if it is enabled). See the third screenshot below. Changing tabs switches the styling to the first screenshot, which remains until dark mode is disabled.

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in to the site, go to 'Preferences', and enable 'Dark Mode'
2. Navigate to the 'File browser' page
3. See styling issue. White text on white background (first screenshot).
4. Without changing menus, disable dark mode.
5. See that the file browser box's background is now black with white text (second screenshot).
6. Change to the "Favorites" tab, then back to "My files"
7. Enable dark mode again.
8. See that the file browser box's styling is unchanged from light mode; white background with black text.
9. Change to the "Favorites" or "File Transfer" tab.
10. See the styling is updated to white text on a white background.

Expected behavior
The file browser's styling should have a dark with white text in dark mode, and a white background with black text when in light mode. Toggling dark mode should consistently update the File browser's styling no matter what page I am on when I toggle dark mode.

Actual behavior
The file browser's dark mode styling uses a white background with white text. Enabling dark mode on the file browser page does not update styling of the file browser box until changing tabs or menus. Disabling dark mode on the file browser when it has a white background with white text initially changes only the background from white to black until changing menus/tabs.
