Error: ECONNRESET

We are getting below response some times when we call the magento instance.

{ [Error: read ECONNRESET] code: 'ECONNRESET', errno: 'ECONNRESET', syscall: 'read' }'

Not sure whether the issue with magento instance / Server /something else.
