Let's encrypt certificate expiration #2

Hello,
I think this image might need some updates due to let's encrypt certificates expiration (see https://letsencrypt.org/docs/dst-root-ca-x3-expiration-september-2021/). I notice that the last update from this was in 2020, and have reasons to bilieve that no latest image was generated on docker, so that folks pulling should be getting older packages, although I am not sure.
Can you investigate? This is becoming important now because of these certificates.
