Do we support timeout?

thanks for this nice lib, I want to use it in a database batch query scenario:

e.g. the func might be called continuously, I want to debounce at 100ms interval, also timeout at 1s, so that we don't wait forever if the call is really frequent.

It is trivial to add those (thanks to simplicity of this library). I have forked this lib to add these options to support same database batch insert scenario.
