Automatic setup of servers and user

This is more or less a feature request to use some kind of automatic setup via entrypoint env vars or cmd line parameters

In the original pgadmin4 docker image you can e.g. configure your servers. This is incredible useful for stuff like rolling updates in a kubernetes environment. Each cluster update might lead to hand crafted setup in the web ui.
