Add the Run Postman url to pages which are public

Since we are already collecting the collection-id, we can add the button so that people can import the postman collection in postman as well

ONLY REQUIREMENT FOR THE SOLUTION IS THAT WORKSPACE SHOULD BE PUBLIC :)
