allow to filter languages displayed in options #20
Description
For instance, I might only want the popup for German words or only Latin words or to see definition of the inputted word in only some subset of languages, such as French, Spanish, Italian, and Latin. Some words are words in multiple, sometimes even 5+ or even 10+ languages.
In the example below, if one wanted to the definition of the world in in Latin, one would have to manually scroll down significantly.
