Follows Notes Import #92
Description
Feature Request: Import notes from follows' outbox relays so that Haven can be used as a proxy relay in clients like Amethyst. Not sure if this should be a separate relay endpoint, or if it should be included in the base endpoint or /inbox endpoint. Would also be nice if it allowed those within the relay owner's WoT to post to this relay endpoint, but did not import their notes automatically; only follows' notes should be imported.
