file_transfer_mode examples needed

https://developer.blackberry.com/html5/apis/blackberry.invoke.html#.invoke shows many examples in the Code Samples section but only two illustrate the use of the file_transfer_mode property and they just use the default. Additional, more complex examples that illustrate why you'd use the other three options are required to help developers understand the differences between the four options.
