[TODO] Bot : Adding a Cockpit view to Robot #5
Description
a Cockpit view is coded in the server. The server sends a view from the Bot to the bot.
The Cockpit is a standalone program, connected through websocket to the server.
Protocol has to be examined on the server side before coding.
