Feature Request: Allow AM/PM instead of just 24 hour time

In the meeting start time on the change forms, please allow AM/PM selection.
Most of our US users do not understand 24-hour time. Yeah, I know...

Hi Danny, I tested and confirmed it’s because my computer is set to 24 hour time format. When I set it to AM/PM the BMLT Workflow app displays the AM/PM selection.

I think the fix will be to make it optional on the form - 24hr or 12hr. We currently use the standard 'time' class which I'm guessing is just picking up the system default. I didn't actually explicitly choose the formatting, but it seems perfectly reasonable to allow the admin to choose the way it's displayed to the users.

FYI - this is the HTML code that makes the picker, the type='time' is whats doing it:

     <input class="meeting-input" type="time" name="startTime" size="10" id="startTime" required>

I'll put this in the backlog and get it amended for you soon.
