Allow disabling of "Add your details as a contact for the group" form field from Configuration page

The end users who submit changes do not understand that when they select "Yes" on the "Add your details as a contact for the group" field that their contact information can be displayed publicly. The default crouton template displays this information. Of course we could edit the template to prevent its display, but many Areas pull from our root server and they would have to each choose to edit their Crouton template as well.

From the management side, the Quick Edit does not allow the admin to change the setting of this field, and we wind up logging into the BMLT root server after the fact to remove the submitter's contact info so it doesn't display.

We are suggesting to make display of the "Add your details as a contact for the group" optional and controlled on the BMLT Workflow Configuration page.

The root server will not return the contact information fields unless you are authenticated to the root server. In other words, the data is not displayed publicly.

I have tested and you are correct, thanks. The contact info does not show in Crouton unless logged into the BMLT root server in another browser tab. That is unexpected behavior. I specifically filter out items server side to prevent display of information that might be confidential.

On the admin pages you are able to see more of this information, but that's by design and requires you to log in.

Please let me know if you are seeing anything inside the plugin that appears inappropriate for display.
