Default display of meeting duration broken?

The default meeting template fields begins with "time hrsHR group". I believe that "hrsHR" is intended to display duration data, however what actually happens is the text "hrsHR" is displayed for every meeting. Putting in a space to have "hrs HR" will display the duration then text "HR" (e.g. "1 HR" or 1.5 HR"). Is the intention to show "1 hour" or "1.5 hours"? (note the plural for any duration longer than 1.0).
