Allow "root" service body admin to access Meeting Request logs #1399
Description
Currently, only the Yap server admin can see reports for meeting requests because they aren't associated with any service body. I'd like to see some way for the service body admin of the "root" service body (top level) to be able to access the reports for meeting requests.
Right now, the only way to allow the person who uses that service body admin account to see the meeting requests logs is to give them the login and password for the Yap Service Admin account.
There's no way to effectively do a service_body_override on webhook because that would affect volunteer routing.
I'm not sure if there's anything else we haven't thought of.
