Add ability to easily verify output data

If you are viewing your output results, it might be nice to have links to view the results in context on the source repository (GH, SF, etc).

Currently we manually generate URLs and then go manually find those things in order to verify results.

At a minimum we could add a function to support easily generating the correct and full URL.
