Add support custom JsDoc tags in IDEs

First of all, thanks a lot for your super useful tools!

In the Readme of the VS code integration there is this screenshot

The @reference tag seems to be a custom tag. Using https://github.com/wc-toolkit/jsdoc-tags we can teach CEM custom tags, which is cool, but how can we show them in VS Code? Is it possible to show custom tags in the tooltip?

Right now, there is not. That may be an advanced feature down the road. I think the easiest way to include those links in the tooltip is to add them to the description (not the @summary). This will make them accessible in any editor through tools like the Language Server.
