Sync Raspian system time using ntp and gps

When in client mode, the operating systems time should synchronize using ntp or if AP mode via GPS.
Although we do not rely on system time, if would be good to have this.

I have enabled that on my unit using chrony.

This item is to add this to the default PiFinder published images.
