Error while applying bookmarks

Hi! The script looks great.
Issue is, when I run ./pdfdir-join Test in the cloned repo, it creates the merged pdf file but fails to create the bookmarks. The error I get is:

/dev/fd/63/dev/fd/63: No such file or directory - /proc/9619/fd/pipe:[549318] (Errno::ENOENT: )
No such file or directory - /proc/9620/fd/pipe:[550012] (Errno::ENOENT)

I had the same error, even though GhostScript and Ruby were already installed.
