Publishing package to crates.io

Fantastic project, brilliant idea. I'd missed it during the first iteration but it would have been a great resource at the time.

I see the old version was published to crates.io, would you consider publishing this newer version too? I do realise it's designed to be a guide more than a metapackage, but I have a couple of projects that would greatly benefit from just being able to drop in a single dependency and know they'll be compatible with each other.

Please close if this isn't the intended direction, and thanks for your hard work on this and on Rust in general!

Maybe a new version of stdx should be published periodically (for example, each 3 months 4 times, then each 6 months 4 times, then yearly 3 times, after that every 2 years).
