From Mavericks up, you have to specifically whitelist an application to enable accessibility features. The UI dialog doesn't allow you to select the touchstream.bin file. Perhaps [this](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/17693408/enable-access-for-assistive-devices-programmatically-on-10-9)?
