How to implement in 0.10.x?

Hi, can anyone help implement Generic Launcher to 0.10.x, I have tried all methods, but could not guess if anyone hears help !!! For earlier thanks

@VanZar GenericLauncher isn't my launcher (it is based on an old version of BlockLauncher, but that's about it)
