Error while getting ip address data.

When I use the "snmpget" command from the shell it's okay, but when I use the library, I encounter such a problem.

$ snmpget -v2c -c administrator 192.168.2.60 1.3.6.1.4.1.21317.1.3.2.2.3.4.2.0
