Trigger controls

A control that displays how much a trigger (axis) is pressed. Two ideas:

• Slider: inner/outer width and height, rotation, inner/outer border radius
  

• Bar: same as square/rectangle button except fill with another colour depending on how much it's being pressed. Maybe add a second fill colour and axis dropdown to buttons rather than adding a new control type?
