Billing service Docker issue

I am able to run the program on my local windows machine. But I keep getting this error on Docker

/app/target/protoc-plugins/protoc-gen-grpc-java-1.68.1-linux-x86_64.exe: program not found or is not executable

I have fixed this issue by installing the protobuf-compiler in the docker container. The maven plugin is trying to bring in non existing artifact.

RUN mvn clean package -Dmaven.test.skip
Only this was required

It's working even without RUN apt-get update && apt-get install -y protobuf-compiler
