nquakesv-build-ktx and nquakesv-build-mvdsv don't respect ~/.nquakesv/install_dir

Probably not a big deal for most users, but I noticed the two scripts referenced above don't follow the pattern of the others in using `$(cat ~/.nquakesv/install_dir)` and have it hardcoded as ~/nquakesv.
