Edit and Continue warns about changes that cannot be applied while debugging - but no changes has been done

Received an issue via NuGet feedback

There is a VisualStudio feedback request saying that Clarius.TransformOnBuild prevents users from debugging. They stop at a breakpoint. But when they attempt to proceed execution, Clarius.TransformOnBuild may already changed files and debugger does not allow to proceed the execution: https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/content/problem/119803/edit-and-continue-warns-about-changes-that-cannot.html

Could you please review the feedback and advise customers how to workaround the issue?

We had to perform TransformOnBuild before actual build in order to support scenarios such as transforming .xaml files which has to be done before compilation. I am not sure how to assist with that issue then
