Blips radar bug

Cleo 5 is not able to create radar blips using Cleo+.
Either they do not appear, or they are replaced by icons from other mods (for example, this padlock icon comes from a speedometer HUD mod and should not be there).

I guess CLEO_GetScriptTextureById needs to increment texture's ref counter.

I was using CLEO 5.1.0. I tried CLEO 5.2.0 and CLEO 5.3.0, but the game freezes after CJ appears when I am using the More Radar Icons mod.

@Crowdigger let's focus on one issue at a time. CLEO 5.1.0 is known to have problems with TXD, they were fixed in 5.2.0+. So, it is highly recommended to upgrade to the latest version.

At the moment I can't send you the crashinfo or scrlog, but I believe they wouldn't be generated. Because when I put the mod together with the two new versions of cleo 5 (5.2.0 and the preview). The game lock (does not crash) after the cj appears on the screen.

@Crowdigger thanks for the logs and video. Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this issue on my end using exact same CLEO and the script version. It runs fine to me in two different SA folders, one with 100+ mods.

more radar icons has a very heavy loop with 400.000+ instructions as per my log, but I don't see those in your _cleo_script.log. What happens if you wait a bit longer after the loading, say 15 seconds, will it produce a different log with more instructions ?

Also as an alternative, if you can send me your GTA SA folder (root + CLEO folder + modloader folder), that may help me reproduce the issue.

So, in other words, with some combination of mods, your game is able to load, but you see less icons than expected? This is probably what I experience on my end, as my game loads fine and I don't have exact same set of mods as you.

Does it happen with CLEO 4.4.4, or everything works fine there?
Can you still share your SA folder (root + CLEO folder + modloader folder should be enough to reproduce), so I can investigate it further?

Thanks for sharing. I was not able to get consistent results so far, the game froze a few times at start, but most of the time it loads fine and I can play. I suspect there could be some race condition which can be hard to reproduce, and at this point I'm not sure how CLEO is involved. This needs more investigation.
