Getting timed out for every odds request after a while and or during peak times

In the past I would not observe this problem, but more recently, after a while (or specially during peak times with lots of sports games like a Saturday) my odds requests start to time out and getting rejected… Generally, I request the odds for an event every 4 seconds for live betting purposes, but after a while (e.g. 3 hours later) I start getting timed out in one event and it spreads to the rest of the events and in the end every event request gets timed out… If I stop my application long enough and then restart the problem disappears for a while, but it constantly comes back… This is problematic for live betting obviously, as it makes it impossible: to constantly monitor the program and restart it is not feasible… What is causing this? How to prevent this? Again, in the past I did not observe this, but I have not changed my code either…

Wouldn’t a batch odds request method fix this? Why should I make a separate request for the odds of every event (e.g. sometimes at a Saturday I am following 200 games live)… A batch odds method would improve efficiency and drastically reduce the number of requests per user… That’s just a thought… I hope you can fix it soon anyway!
