Suggestion: upgrade to rapidhash

I've written a rapidhash rust crate, which is the official successor to wyhash.

rapidhash is faster, equally as portable as wyhash, and with stronger hashing characteristics. Let me know if you would be interested in replacing wyhash with rapidhash and I can prep a pull request. Thanks!
