Missing docs for CloudFlare modules

The "Modules of interest" section of README.md only lists modules, without providing sufficient documentation (or a link to documentation) to actually use. Googling e.g. the first module mentioned, "cloudflare/dom," does not appear to find any, either, and the likely relevant repository https://github.com/cloudflare/cloudflarejs is empty.

Please add documentation to make these features usable.
