Add query ID to `Result`

ClickHouse exposes the query ID in the X-ClickHouse-Query-Id HTTP response header: https://clickhouse.com/docs/en/interfaces/http/

We may want to expose this in the Result object to ease debugging, e.g. by correlating this value to the query log.
