Allow Filter by Columns Value in the Web Interface

In the "Tickets" or "Relvals" it would be great to have the possibility to filter the results with the value of the different columns. At the moment, if I understood correctly, we can only:

• filter by one parameter by clicking on the value itself (e.g. clicking on "CMSSW_15_1_0_pre2" from one of the rows will filter by 15_1_0_pre2 release);
• compose our selections by hand in the address ("paramsA=a&paramsB=b").

For us that uses it everyday and are used to it it's cumbersome but it works. But for "common" users it's difficult to navigate the page.
