Improper Positioning of App Cards When Resizing Browser Window

The app cards are not displayed properly when resizing the browser window causing them to be displayed on 2 rows when there is enough space left to be displayed on 3 rows.

Issue can be reproduced using both Admin and Employee accounts on "Aplicatiile mele" page.

Not reproduceable on the "Toate aplicatiile" page.
