Notification Opens Incorrect Modal, Redirecting to a Form That Is Already Completed

Preconditions

User is logged in as a Volunteer with a completed "Date Identitate" form.
The Volunteer has a pending request to join an NGO.

Steps to Reproduce

1. [WebUser] Approves the request.
2. [Volunteer] Clicks the notification received on their mobile device.

Expected Result

2. The system should redirect the user to the organization’s profile page.

Actual Result

2. The system redirects the user to the "Voluntar" page and displays a modal prompting them to complete the identity form, despite the form already being filled out.
