IME composition problem in decoration

Describe the issue

When entering numbers or letters in the decorator, it behaves correctly. However, when entering Chinese or Japanese, or other IME, they are forcibly taken as letters.
The issue started from version 3.9.0. It was working correctly before. You can verify this by modifying the version number in the reproduction link.
