Need a proper terminal

We need a proper terminal widget, the hack we use for displaying commands output does not scale.

I have started working on this: https://github.com/diegoiast/KodoTerm/

which should be integrated a plugin (so we get an internal terminal). Then migrate the usage of QProcess into this plugin. I am unsure is I should use a message between plugins, find the plugin and then call it directly, or moving the terminal into the project manager.
