Don't report a collision if the colliding entry is identical to the one being processed #4
Description
When re-uploading a timesheet the output consists mostly of "Collision:" lines for worklog entries that are already uploaded. That's inconvenient: what we really want to know is whether the entries that had failed to upload previously have come through this time. That information gets lost in the clutter.
upsheet should distinguish between true collisions and already uploaded entries. If an entry on the server has the same start time, duration and description as the one being processed, no output should be produced.
