Overlap dialog box during first run

Describe the bug
During first run, overlap dialog box makes the app seems unresponsive.
"Welcome" dialog box is shown in front and totally hide the "Plugin notification" dialog box.
User need to close the "Plugin notification" dialog box first before they can close the "Welcome" dialog box.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download Comictagger (I use the x86 appimage)
2. Open the app for the first time
3. See Welcome dialog box.
4. Cannot click any buttons on the dialog box (OK, Close, Checkmark)
5. Need to resize the "Welcome" dialog box to see the "Plugin notification" dialog box behind it

Expected behavior
Able to interact with the Welcome dialog box (OK, Close, Checkmark), without closing the "Plugin notification" dialog box first.

or

Able to move the Welcome dialog box to see another dialog box behind it.

or

Only show the "Plugin notification" dialog box after user close the Welcome dialog box.

Additional context
Happened during first run. Maybe happened again every time if user does not checked the "Don't show this message again" box.

It's a Qt/Wayland issue. If you run in X11, windows or macos it'll work fine. You may also notice that opening links (like those in the popups) will not bring your browser to the front.
