Support an "easy mode" for running images

I think it'd be really interesting for krunkit to support an "easy mode" such as, when there's a positional argument, it automatically configures a sane default set of devices, cpu and memory, using the positional argument as a raw image for a virtio-blk device.

The idea is that you could run krunkit Fedora-Server-Host-Generic-43_Beta-1.3.aarch64.raw, and automatically get it booting without any more complexity. Ideally, it should even start up gvproxy itself too.

Not exactly. krunvm takes an OCI image and users it as root fs through virtio-fs, using the kernel embedded in libkrunfw. What I propose here is being able to boot from a disk image, loading the kernel from it (via some firmware, like EDK2).

We would even support booting other OSes, such as FreeBSD.

Sounds like a relatively simple change. We could specify default values for each command line argument. If none are specified directly (i.e. krunkit Fedora-Server-Host-Generic-43_Beta-1.3.aarch64.raw), then the default values would be used.

Would it be any more complex than that?

We would need some sort of logic to determine the image format. We can't rely on the file extensions alone for that since a .img file could be a RAW or QCOW2 image.

I suppose you could default to a specific format, but that's quite limiting.
