Publish ripasso-gtk to crates.io

Right now if I want to try out ripasso-gtk, I need to clone the repository and build it from there. It would be great if cargo install ripasso-gtk would work.

Hi, and thanks for the shown interest :)

The GTK version isn't really in a usable state right now, and lately all my free time have gone into Debian packaging ( https://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=alexander.kjall%40gmail.com&comaint=yes ).

But i will return to make this more feature complete, or if you want to hack on it I'm happy to accept patches.
