Request to add "--auth-no-challenge" option from wget to zsync #13

I tried to add zsync to Jenkins artifacts download, but found zsync
cannot authenticate with Jenkins due to a limitation [1].
However, wget can download with option "--auth-no-challenge".
So here I request to add similar option to zsync client as well.
