Configuration Attributes for setting Parent ID in Seeds

Hi,

We have been using the configuration attributes for templates (where we pass the template name instead of an id) for a while and it works fantastically.

I was wondering if is possible to use a similar process to set the parent id in a modResource?

If so, how?
