Volume DTOs

What is the generic Volume DTO? I think it's always in both tokens and then ... what? the spot price at the end of the sampling period? @leafyoung 

I have an example in the models-py but I'd love feedback on the generic schema.

I know that there's a sampling period as well as the overall amounts, but it seems to me that might be implicit in the call itself.
