Dealing with incomplete rasters

Hi,
I'm trying to make an ecocrop model with some incomplete rasters. Is there a way to make the model ignore NODATA cells/ not factor that parameter into the calculation for a particular cell? Right now it just removes all cells with NODATA from the entire model.
