Detached Parallel View - color scheme and navigation controls #1032
Description
Yesterday I came across two separate issues in Detached Parallel View.
1. Color scheme
There's no means to change the reversed colors in even numbered rows.
White text on a black background is like falling into a Kaleidoscope!

2. Navigation controls
When I moved the mouse over the up/down arrows for book/chapter/verse, the cursor began to shimmer rapidly and the controls were unresponsive.
System: Windows 7 x64 Home Premium with Xiphos 4.2.1 (x32) installed.
Hard to believe that I only just came across Detached Parallel View for the first time after all these years!
